I have 2 accounts listed to the same email address on MyBT.
Only 1 is active. (My new one) How can I remove the inactive one so that I can see the details and make any changes on my active account and claim my rewards as content partner section is not visible in my new account.

Hi @Gooseycliff, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
The quickest way of fixing this is to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok. If you don't have another email address post back and let me know.
