2 accounts on MyBT and I cant access new one

Hello I have 2 accounts listed to the same email address on MyBT.  Only one is active.  How can I remove the inactive one from years ago so that I can see the details and make any changes and claim rewards on my active account?

When it comes to old accounts on your MyBT, you can't do that yourself yet. That's something that I can do as a BT employee.

Hi @WeeL, I can see you've a message in our queue and one of the team will be in touch when you reach the top of the queue. 
If you're in a hurry to get this fixed the quickest way is to set up another BTID with an email address you've not used as a BTID before if you have one and the new BTID will work ok as only the new account will be linked to it.

Hi @WeeL, if you want to call us you can on 0333 1234 150.
Just in case you're a new customer the Game Pass won't be available to claim until the 1st bill payment is received.
