Hi,
I’ve been trying to activate this service but having no luck.
It came with my package and my cooling off period has now finished but I’m still getting the planned maintenance message after ADD NOW page.
I’ve called twice, looked through the app, tried the website, tried the EE app as suggested by the guide and waited 14 days. Any ideas please?

Is your broadband connection with EE or is it on BT? If it is BT, I'm not sure why they referred you to the EE app.
When was it you last spoke with the team?

It’s with BT and I spoke to them once yesterday and then the day before last.

Did they mention completing a webform to send it off to a back office team at all?

Unfortunately not, the one guide said just to wait as she thought it was the cooling off period and the other bless her, tried her best to find out info from her supervisor but just couldn’t come up with a solution.
