6 months gaming pass

Hi

I am trying to add the 6 months gaming pass and having no luck

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help.

Try calling 0330 1234 150

when was your activation date?  you need to wait at least 14 days after activation until cooling off period expires.  you also need to use pc/laptop to access MYBT not the app
