£75 reward card

Hello, 

I upgraded my broadband on 13th June and part of that included £75 reward card, which said I could claim once I have my order confirmation. I've tried clicking the link in the email that asks me to sign in but then nothing and it just keeps sending me round in circles.  

Anyone else had this? Am I doing something wrong?
