A lot of calls not being recorded in "Your recently received calls", 10 I know of in the last 2 months - no idea how many I don't know of... because the system isn't recording them!
At first I thought it was because the page where they are displayed was full - though that was never a problem before the site was updated around 2 months or so ago, but just had a call that did not get recorded on the page and only 4 numbers in the list, so not that then.
This lack of reliability is a worry! What else is not being done right in the back ground?
Any ideas please?
