I'm getting the dreaded 'Access Denied'. I'm logging in with email and password.
Tried clearing cache/cookies. Same problem straight away.
Tried to get a new BTID (if that might help), but then when I type my account number in, I get
"Sorry, we didn't find a billing account matching that number. Please try again."
What am I doing wrong?
