I have the issue of "Access Denied" when trying to view my bill from BT. There are posts from six months ago in April 2024 suggesting that the BTID needs to be in e-mail format. Looking at my profile, it is in the format "surname, givenname & givenname_of_wife"; the profile page also tells me that "E-mail: Other:" is my email address. My wife has secondary e-mail address on this account. Is a BTID different to what I see on my profile? What do I need to change to comply with BTs byzantine rules?
I know it doesn't really help, but I can confirm that email address works. I've just downloaded my own bill.

Thanks WSH - it might help. Does your profile look like the one in this link, which is how mine is structured?
This was an issue with Chrome. Everything worked fine in Firefox and DuckDuckGo.
Moral - use another browser.
