Whenever I try to log into "My BT" I get this message
This is happening much more often, so what would cause it please?

Are you logging into the My BT app or logging into your account online?
Have you made any account changes since you last logged into your account?

Thank you very much for taking the trouble to respond.
The problem occurred when I tried to log in online, and I have not changed any details for several years.
However, today the web site seems to be showing all my details correctly, so I will leave things until or unless it happens again.
