Can't open the BT email that tells me how much my bill is. When I try to open it, it says,"Sorry, we can't get your Account details at the moment, were trying to fix the problem, please come back later.
This has been happening for the last 3 months when my monthly bill is due
Can anyone advise me please, what is happening.
this problem has now been fixed for most people who have the access problem (myself included). how are you trying to access MYBT using app or web browser? If app have you checked for updates as there has been quite a few recently
if still problem then phone CS 03301234150 or try message now with billing
