Nope. Basic email is being stopped as the account is arrears as I cancelled the direct debit (as I suspected they would attempt theft) when my services stopped on the 6th December'23.
The abuse of the complaint generation system is being used to manipulate the figures. Had 2 created and closed without my request.

Well to be quite frank you've caused all your own issues & the rants just confirm you think you know best. You were given advice but it's not worth giving anymore as you won't listen to it
So you don’t pay your bill and your service is removed, who would have thought that would be the outcome, what exactly do you hope to gain from your post , BT customers that pay what they owe are hardly likely to agree with those like you that don’t .
Why didn’t you start your rant with the pertinent fact that your account is delinquent ?
