I have received an account credit due to late installation of fibre. However, I pay my bill in full each month so an account credit is pointless. I would like this crediting to my bank account instead. How do I go about doing this?

Hi, @tj1977 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. The credit balance is used to pay the bill and no direct debit is collected if there is enough credit to cover the bill. You can however request the credit balance to be refunded back to your bank by contacting the billing team.
