Hi there I've recently moved back to BT. I've a new account number and all but when I log into the account I just get an error. I think this is because I've used this email with an old account with BT before. I think I need to remove the old account but cant see any options.
Is there anyway the old account can be removed? I'm trying to pay my first bill but cant as I get an error. My new account number doesn't show or any of my account details.
Any ideas?

Call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and they should be able to help.
