Twice in two days, and once a couple of weeks earlier, BT informed me that my account has been locked because 'someone tried to access your account.....without your permission.'
This involves a procedure to change passwords etc and constantly trying to find a password I can remember and which is strong enough to pass BT approval is driving me nuts.
There is no information about who to contact about this.
