XBox Ultimate

I took out the 900 fibre package last year, and part of the package was XBox Ultimate package. I was supposed to receive an email about enabling it, but this never came. I was also already using XBox Ultimate anyway. I can find no find details in MyBT about it. Does anyone know how I get this?

the xbox offer is no longer available to new customers but if you had offer when you took the 900mb package then try contacting billing using message now and they may be able to help  https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
