Hi,
I've just accessed my credit file, it shows 2 old BT accounts.
When I called the BT helpline, I was told there was nothing on their system? (I have both account numbers and commencement dates)
Desperately trying to update my credit file, however this a huge barrier trying to access someone who can point me in the right direction.

The first thing you need to do is raise a dispute with either Equifax, Experian or whoever the debt is with. You can do that at
