The email I received telling me I need to renew my contract (which I did last January, incidentally) has a "Contact Us" link which fails!  i.e. cannot reply to this email.  WTF is going on with BT?

BT Full Fibre

As my BT contract needs renewing 9th April, I ordered the upgrade to Full Fibre on 8th Jan 2025.  The internal work was done 3rd Feb.  The external work to lay the fibre cable done on 14th Feb.  The "tail" connecting the fibre to the internal box has yet to be done.  The initial completion date was due Feb28th.  I have been chasing it since then and been fobbed off with excuses pushing back the completion date to March 25th.  Last week (13th March), an Openreach engineer arrived to do the "tail"; 10 minutes later he told me that the external fibre had been connected to the Virgin network so could not be connected to my house - not only that but this error had been discovered some time previously as a label had been attached to "my" fibre saying "do not connect".  I have now received an email telling me I need to renew my contract with BT - i.e. the upgrade I ordered in January.  As the fibre was laid and connected to the Virgin network, I think I'll ask Virgin to come and connect up.  Any thoughts?

8th January 2025..renewed contract due to expire 5th April 2025..upgrade to Full Fibre & Digital Voice..since then due to errors in installation (fibre to house connected to Virgin fibre network!), this upgrade has still not been done and I've just been told it won't be until 21st April.  Now I get emails telling me I need to renew contract.  WTF is going on with BT?
