I am having problems adding an account to MyBT, it accepts the Account Number fine, but then says confirm ID and which method to send a PIN number too and then no option to choose anything or continue.
I have tried on firefox and microsoft edge, all ad blockers are turned off when trying.
Any idea what is going on?

I'm sorry you're having trouble linking your account to your ID. Were you previously a BT customer and have an old account linked to the ID. Have you tried using a different email address (if you have one)?
I am still a BT customer, just could not add the account details to MyBT profile.
Not sure what else I can do as it seems to verify my id but not give an option to get the Pin number as it is all greyed out.
No other error messages or confirmation messages come up at all.
