Hi, I have just added my 6 months of free Gamepass to my existing subscription that originally expired 14/06/2025, but it has only added 1 month on and now says it expires 14/07/2025?
Does anyone know why and how to resolve this?

I am sorry for the confusion around adding the 6 month Xbox Game Pass offer. If you see ‘Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 1-month subscription’ on the Microsoft subscription screen, don’t worry. We know you have a monthly subscription for either 6 or 12 months with your BT offer. It's rolling and will update monthly for the duration of the 6 month offer.

Ok, so once I have got to the current expiry date of 14th July 2025, it will automatically roll a month at a time for another 5 months and after that I’ll be billed monthly.
