I am returning my hub I have the bag but need the address to send it to as lost the label
is anyone able to get it for me I’m going away so can’t wait for a new bag - I just need the address

Hi @Jonnysid welcome to the community and thanks for posting. If you've been asked to return the Hub you'll need a label so we can link the returned equipment to your BT account to avoid being charged. You can order replacement returns packaging on this link but it can take up to a week to arrive.
Alternatively, if you're able to leave the Hub with a friend or family member we can arrange for the packaging to be posted to a different address so they can send it back for you. If that's an option let me know and I'll explain how you can get in touch with the moderation team.
