Hi, my address isn't showing as being registered with OpenReach or any ISP. it does show up on the Royal Mail address checker but it shows as different to what is on my BT account. On Royal Mail it shows Apartment but on BT.com it shows Flat. How can I get this sorted so other ISPs can see my address has an active line.
If you are not a BT customer, this has nothing to do with BT , it’s either whoever you do use , or whoever you would like to use ( after they get you connected ) that would sort this out , if that is BT , ask for an ORDI (Openreach data Integrity )
