Swap to EE

I am being swapped out to EE, along with 100's of others I know. Is there a time scale that is in place as this seems to going on for ever, keep getting emails, but nothing has happened.

Looking to change my phone but am waiting till the swap is complete to see if I can get a better deal.

Any one else in the same boat or has been swapped, how long did it take.

Re: Swap to EE

If you do not want to move to EE just call BT 0330.1234.150 and tell them to cancel the move as you want to stay with BT.

Re: Swap to EE

As @gg30340  posted it is not compulsory to move to EE so just phone BT and cancel move

Re: Swap to EE

"I am being swapped out to EE"

When BT wants to migrate people to EE, it normally contacts them and makes an offer to do so, or the offer is made when the customer contacts BT, maybe about an unrelated matter. In each case the customer can accept or decline.
When you say you are being swapped out to EE did you accept such an offer, or did this proposed swap happen without your consent?
If the latter, I think you have cause to raise a complaint.

Re: Swap to EE

I'm curious here, are we talking Broadband & Phone, or mobile?  I know if you are on Broadband & Phone, there are some good-looking mobile offers.  But when you break those mobile offers down, they tend to be capped at very low, almost unusable data speeds.

I only learn by making mistakes and owning up to them - boy do I learn a lot!
