I placed an order today to upgrade my broadband and chose not to have digital voice. Is it possible to change my mind and keep digital voice. My landline ends on 21st June
I had the same issue rang the next day and was given the option to leave the current order and then have it added back on after it was complete or to cancel the order and place another one once the cancellation had progressed, I went for the second option so cancelled waited a few days then placed the order again with everything included.
