Hello, hoping for some help. Looks like I'm another who has had the issue of the account not going back to Microsoft after the 12 months. Auto renew off, not showing on BT page but still showing as controlled on Microsoft end. Tried a few different things but no luck, only luck I've seen people have is a Mod on here sending a PM to get the details send over to the internal team. Would it possible for one to reach out to get the process in motion?
