Another gamepass issue - Not available?

Hi, 

I signed up and should have gotten a 12 month gamepass, though I was never able to obtain the gamepass. Had not been able to play games due to other commitments too. 

Now things have changed and I wanted to try and get access to it, but I can't seem to find it on my BT login.

If you give our Customer Support team, they'll do their best to help you get access to your Gamepass.
