Another year left but paying £17 more than a new customer

Not sure if i would be wasting my time, but my current package £57,  is selling for just over £40 to new customers, i call them would they renegotiate my package ?

or am i dreaming have have no chance

You will not be able to negotiate a better deal if you still have a year to run on your present contract. If you were to leave you will be hit with cancellation fees.

Nearer the time your contract is about to end if you call BT 0800.800.030 you can try to negotiate a better deal but before doing so make sure you have checked what other providers are offering and be prepared to go to one of them if you don't get the deal that suits you.
