After a lengthy process of countless phone calls, and waiting 14 days for my refund to be actioned, I received an email Saturday with the below message.
It hasn't yet gone 'staright to your bank account'. Any ideas how long this part of the saga will take?

P.s. I have a new account with BT and this one is meant to be closed. Not 'sorry to see you go' 😂
'We're really sorry to see you go. Here's your final bill. Your account is in credit so we'll refund what we owe straight to your bank account'
