I returned an older smart hub 2 as requested.
I sent it on the 24th March of this year with a previously provided bag and prepaid label to:
BT Returns.Yorkshire Distribution Centre.YDC.XX10 1BT
I took some pictures of the label and post office tracking.Enclosed is the tracking screenshot.
The tracking number confirmed a delivery to BT returns on 26th March.
I am still seeing an awaiting return status of the hub in my account today.
Please advise who I need to get in touch with resolve the matter.

Don't worry, you've got the tracking to prove delivery.
There seems to be quite a delay in processing returns as is indicated by the number of similar queries posted here very regularly.
I think a 2-3 week delay is not unusual so give it a bit of time.
I spoke to BT customer service later today they took my postal tracking number for record then sent me an email to say Item Returned.
