I had recently had a BT engineer come to my house to get an upgrade from the copper wires. He ended up telling us that Openreach didnt do something with the wire to be able to connect it to our house and that he would have to return after they sorted it, its been about a week and a half since that visit and we have yet to recieve an update.
All it says on the track your order tab is that the activation has been completed even tho it hasnt, and a new thing appeared after it got ticked off saying something about digital voice activation happening on the 6th of April, and then checked it again a day later to find out it got pushed back till 26th of April?
