BT ID Fail

Not sure if this is the right place. I have noticed reading the forums this seems to be a big issue.

I tried to register my ID, but the activation email link said the following and asked me to resend the activation email and round and round it went 🙂

Your BT ID has not yet been activated.

Your activation email was sent to XXXXXXXX@XXXXX.com Click on the link provided in the email to authenticate and activate your account.

I have tried to set another one up.. but can´t seem to even get past the security questions.

I would like access to my billing etc, so help would be appreciated

The forum mods do not have account access so you need to phone CS 03301234150
