BT ID Username

How can I get my BT ID Username changed, I have tried online but it will not let me. My current BT ID Username will soon be ceased and I need to change it. Can this only be done by BT, and if so how do I apply.

I assume your BT ID is based on an ISP's email address? The username will remain the same for the BT account ... what you need to change is the Contact Email Address in your account - the BT ID can remain the same.
