My BT ID is not linked to my account and I can not use the app or log in online. I activated my id but it keeps saying it can’t find an account for this id?

 

could someone help please?

try phoning CS 03301234150 or try message now to billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
