My Bt kit has been returned (17/11/24) and i got a message saying it had been acknowledged back at the depot.
However, I am still getting a message from BT to ask for the return. There was two labels generated for the return as the original returns bag was late arriving! I'm wondering if this is why i still get messages?
I thought my account would have been taken off the returns list by now? as there is no returns option in the MY BT home page.
Any help appreciated.

If you call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt or the email you received they can update your account.
