I recently signed upto to a new BT Broadband Service last month and I still can't see any of the billing information on the BT website or app, I just get an error message.
I have spoken to BT support chat twice to no avail. My online login seems to still be linked to an inactive account number that I had forgotten about, its about 7 years ago!
Finally I also can't get access to my BT Reward card i got when i signed up that just goes blank when I try to set it up, the log in page loads, then goes blank.
Any ideas welcome..

try contacting billing using message now and see if they can help removing old account
your reward card will not be available until the cooling off period has expired from date of activation
