BT Product Help Chat

I've been trying for weeks now to get a contract updated for BT Broadband and Digital Voice.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I am on chat, it crashes.  What is going on with the website?

This page contains the following errors:

error on line 1 at column 1: Start tag expected, '<' not found

Thanks for coming back to the community and making us aware you are getting this error message when trying to chat to us. 

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache and opening a new web browser? 

Also, are you logged into your account when getting this error?

@Leanne_T No, haven't tried clearing cookies and cache as they would screw up all other pages

Yes, logged into account.

Is happens on different days over a period of weeks.

 

Still haven't got the packages sorted.

To speak to us over the phone @Dave_77 you'd just need to call 150 from a BT or EE phone, or 0330 1234 150 from any other phone.
