Sorry your leaving us email

Hi so i'm hoping this is the right place to ask i wanted to get some advice before making any calls to explain my situation i live in supported housing and both me and the company that owns the house have separate accounts etc... now they are moving from BT to somewhere else which has nothing to do with me and i am wanting to stay with BT as it's the best internet in my area.

 

Now my problem is today i got a email about me leaving and losing the services i use later on this month despite me myself not even leaving possibly due to the company changing all their things i did login to MyBT and there is even a part of it with a "We will miss you" message so i am guessing it's not actually spam but a error due to the company swapping things what would be the best way to stop my own account from becoming deactivated/restricted or whatever will happen to it?
