I recently signed up for a new BT broadband and was supposed to receive a £50 BT reward card. I keep getting text messages and email from BT asking me to claim it via the link provided, however, when I click to claim it, there are no rewards to be claimed. All I get when I log in to MyBT is offers on broadband, tv etc and nothing with BT reward card on it. How can I resolve this?
