I claimed my BT Reward Card, part of my package on 11-Dec-23. This was acknowledged. However it still shows as not issued when I check!
I have emailed Pure Card who seem to manage these cards (bt@purecard.com) after several exchanges they state BT has not requested the card to be issued. Attempting to call BT to discuss I am told I have to wait over 1hour!!!!
I see I am not the only person to have this issue from other posts.
Any ideas how to resolve without spending an extremely long time listening to the annoying call waiting "music" and blah blah?
