I have recently got new BT broadband and was supposed to receive a £110 reward card, when I click to claim it there says there are no rewards to be claimed. How do I resolve this?

Select the 'message now' option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband to have a live chat with a billing guide, they'll get you sorted.
