Hi i didn’t receive my reward card,
I claimed it after BT activated my Broadband on the 16th September it has been over 45 days still not received mine, I tried all the solutions mentioned on this forum by other members and Moderators still no luck.
another member did mention on here that
Customers who purchased the broadband and had a engineer visit to install the broadband have received the Reward card,
Customers who purchased the broadband and didn’t need a engineer to visit to activate or had self install activation have not received the reward card,
I had a self install, I didn’t need a engineer to visit my home to activate my broadband I was lucky as the previous Owners/tenants had left Openreach equipment so BT were able to activate my broadband without visiting my property .
Any other members having the same issues with receiving your reward cards ? Or anyone who has received the reward cards?
leave a comment on here i need BT to see this and take some action
Please mention if you have received your reward card or not and also mention how you had your BT Broadband installed Engineer visit or Self install activation?

Hi Emma sorry to hear that you haven’t received your reward,
I had my Bt fibre broadband installed by a Open reach engineer on the 19/09/2025
I claimed my reward on 20/09/2025 and I received a virtual reward card by email on 24/10/2025

Claimed the reward card on 25/09/25
Contacted Purecard on the 26/10/25 who said they had no record of a reward card being ordered by Bt, I had to provide some order information the advisor said some technical issue on the BT system that is preventing the reward card from being ordered.
I’m still waiting Not received the reward card as of 02/11/25

Contacted bt@purecard.com 10/10/2025 They said no order information received from BT asked me to contact Bt for VOL number, I gave them that and had a reply that Bt will investigate and send a replacement, I am still waiting for my reward

Contacted BT customer service and Purecard they blame each other not received my reward I made a official complaint that BT closed without a resolution or response

Im still waiting for my reward card from bt i think you might be onto something.It’s funny and a shame for such a large telecommunication company like bt who surely have 100’s of tech employees employed, Cant fix a simple technical issues with the reward process

Placed online order, 13/09/2025 Offered Full fibre plus £80 BT Reward
Remote activation/ Self install as i was already on Full Fibre with Vodafone 26/09/2025
Claimed Reward card 29/09/2025
Phoned BT CS 31/10/2025
emailed: bt@purecard.com
Purecard are saying they haven’t received order from BT, And will investigate i provided them a VOL number
Hi I’m in a smiliar situation
claimed on 30th September -self setup
still no reward card.
however I have had a email on 18th Oct to say my reward card is on the way. But I’ve phoned the card services (pure card) and they can’t see anything. Has anyone else had this email ?
