Im looking at placing an order for broadband which comes with a reward card, the reward card offer ends 31/07/25, if i book the activation for after the 31/07 will we lose the reward card or will it still be given?
You can not claim any reward card until your 14 day cooling off period has passed. That starts either when the service starts or when you get your equipment,which ever is the later.
If you place an order that includes the reward card prior to the offer ending it will be honoured by BT even if the order is not completed until after the offer has closed. Just make sure it is on your order details that you will receive.
