BT Rewards card

Joined BT on 15/9/25,still waiting for promised BT rewards card,been pushed from BT to Purecard numerous times,sent requested info to Purecard numerous times still no card,paid 3 bills,this is a joke,

have made a complaint and will see if that makes a difference,no holding much faith in that,seems to be a scam.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to resolve this with our Customer Support team, or through Purecard. You've done the right thing in making a complaint. Hopefully, the complaints team will be able to get to the bottom of what has happened and help you get a solution.
