BT Router hasn't arrived
I placed an order to have BT broadband installed on 10th July. This was then cancelled and rearranged to 14th July (today). The engineer has just finished connecting the phone socket in the house to the cabinet in the street, but nowhere in my orders in my account does it say anything about the router being dispatched or delivered to me, so I still can't connect to the internet.
Please can BT send the router ASAP.
Thanks.

Re: BT Router hasn't arrived
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've encountered with your BT broadband installation. It can be frustrating when things don't go as planned. While I can't personally send the router for you, I suggest getting in touch with BT's customer support as soon as possible. They have the necessary information about your order and can assist you in resolving the issue. You can reach out to them through their website, give them a call, or even connect via social media for a prompt response. Hopefully, they'll be able to sort out the router delivery swiftly so you can get connected to the internet without further delay. Hang in there!
