BT Sport Box Office Refund

I paid for the Fury Wilder 3 fight last night and was unable to watch it on my sky box, bt sport box office said they would refund me yet nobody is giving me any insight into how I get this refund and it’s infuriating. 

I had to buy it twice and I want my money back for the first purchase which I didn’t even use.

If you booked it through Sky to be charged to your Sky bill, you'll need to speak with Sky.

Hi, thanks for the reply,

I ordered it through BT via the Bt sport box office website, I selected the sky box option on that website and put in my viewing card details.

All the payment and information went through BT and it says this on my bank statement too.
