I have recently spoke on chat with a BT customer advisor regarding this problem and they stated from 24 January 2025 my sports monthly pass would end , but still continuing on monthly basis and now reads ends 24 February 2025 I started a BT monthly sports pass months ago , (Been with BT a long time) after a month I cancelled it so only one monthly payment has been taken . Since then it keeps on showing a continuous month has been added but no further payments have been taken . I do not want this to go on without paying for the service in case I am liable to pay in the future Other than that contact customer services again . Thanks for any reply’s in advance

I would log into your online account and make sure it's cancelled, if it is then I would call BT and get the account looked at as it may just be a glitch on their end which I'm sure someone will be able to get fixed for you. May also be worth checking if the pass actually works or not.
Many thanks for your reply , I think I will delete this post has you have the only one that answered either that or in wrong place . At present I can still view the sports on Discovery plus , even after contacting customer services stating cancellation will stop 24/1/25 . and no further monthly payments have been taken . I have always been with Bt sports but since the take over with TNT this has happened . Thanks again

It's strange for the service to remain in place after it's been cancelled. It sounds like it may be a glitch with the system, since you're not being billed for it.
Can you give our Customer Service team a call so they can raise a ticket so that it can be investigated correctly and corrected?

Thanks for your reply , I did chat with your customer services last week and they said the service would stop 24/01/25 and asked if any further payments had been taken and I said no , I checked my BT account again this morning and it stated subscription will end 24/02/25 and keeps on doing this . I also decided to restart my subscription and got email back stating subscription stating 25/02/2025 . I will try and contact customer services again to try and solve this matter
@minniedog If you've restarted the subscription it should automatically match up and sort itself out.
But no harm in giving the team a call just in case.
