I left BT in November, giving them notice that I would be leaving on the day when my contract had ended. I had a new service installed on that day too.
BT decided to still charge me, which I had to contact them for and they told me oh sorry we didn't know you were leaving... Fast forward to me still receiving bills and having to ring them up again, to which I was told oh so sorry, it appears nobody on our end put the cancellation through. I then had to contact them again because I had still been charged and was expecting a refund, someone I spoke to apologised and said he had sorted it all manually and was refunding me part of my payment for the final month I was with them which was paid back into the account, all good. Fast forward a month later and I have recieved another bill, this time telling me I am paying a few quid for some BT Vision which I have no idea what that even is, and secondly some Debit for Old Credit Charges of £488???
I'm fuming.
