BT Virus Protect

I have just received my broadband and phone bill for April. I understood BT virus Protect was free but I seem to be charged £4.56 a month. Last week I had issues in loading Norton. Can you confirm whether I should be being charged for this or if it is free Regards

Hi @wull1, thanks for posting, and sorry you've got an unexpected charge for Virus Protect on your bill.

Depending on which broadband package you have, you may be eligible for 2 or 15 licences free. If you get 2 licences but want more, you can buy 15-licence BT Virus Protect. 

If you're unsure about the charge please give us a call and our billing team will be able to check and resolve this for you.
