BT Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription ERROR

Hi! I have used my Free 1 year Game Pass Ultimate membership from BT I received when I renewed my contract . This subscription has now ended on 26th December 2024. I logged in to my xbox account and it still says managed by BT and I cannot change that. I also had a look in my BT account and there is no options to manage Game Pass subscriptions. That options has vanished months ago... I tried on PC as well as in the mobile app. Could somebody have a look at this for me please as I cannot renew my subscription through Microsoft.

try contacting billing using message now and se if they can sort out your account

So I talked to someone after following the link and he reassured me he has done something, whatever it was on my account... and I can now manage my Xbox subscription. However when I log in to my Xbox/microsoft account, it still says managed/bought from BT/EE. I again log in to my BT account and there is no option to do anything with Xbox subscription. Any help would be appreciated.

So, just in case others are or will be in the same boat as me. Twice I talked to the customer service, twice they couldn't do anything but pass the information on to the "expert team" to investigate. I went in the xbox website, logged in, clicked on my profile where there was an option to "join game pass". I bit the bullet and purchased 1 month of ultimate right there. The payment went through and got a message I now have ultimate membership. I logged back to my Microsoft account and the "managed by BT/ee" message has disappeared, the official and original Microsoft manage button reappeared and I was able to switch off reoccurring billing and I canceled the subscription to be sure it's not going to renew. Now I just need to wait until the 26th January to the subscription to expire and I will start all over with my codes to redeem. It's also very weird that I bought 1 month of ultimate today (5th Jan.) but it will expire on 26th Jan. My BT/EE subscription expired on 26th December... Really bad system, I wouldn't recommend anybody taking any game pass offer from BT....
