I have received an email and a section has appeared in my online account asking me to return my BT broadband smart hub. I am in contract for another 13 months so have no idea why they are asking for this to be returned. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I can’t for the life of me get through to BT to ask the question.

Have you recently had equipment replaced ? the request would be for the original piece of equipment.
Could it be that they're moving you to digital voice?
I received an email saying a return had been arranged, then a few days later a new SH2 showed up (which was identical to the SH2 I already had).
Yes you were right! Had an email today saying new kit is on the way. Would’ve been handy for them to send that email first but anyway panic over. Thanks for your help.
