BT fibre without a landline
Hi,
My current contract for BT fibre includes a landline, but I have actually never used, I don't even own a device to do so.
I have noticed now there is an option for new customers to take BT / EE fibre without a landline for a discounted price (£5 or 6 less)
I wonder if I could move to the option without a landline, even though I am still in contract?
Thanks, Julio

Re: BT fibre without a landline
you should be able to change to Broadband only but that will mean starting a new contract and may result in an increase in cost depending on the deals available just now. try phoning retentions team 08007831401 and see what you can negotiate

Re: BT fibre without a landline
I don’t know if you are on ‘Digital Voice’ for the landline you don’t want or use , but ( apparently ) when advised of the switch to DV , currently it comes with the option to move to a broadband service only , so rather than BT implementing the switch to DV , if the customer advises it , the more appropriate action taken is to remove the telephony service.
